Your account
You must be 18 or older, provide accurate information, and keep your login secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Bookings & payment
A booking hold is authorized when you post a job and captured after a Concierge Runner completes the job and a valid completion PIN is verified. Hourly minimums and platform fees are shown before you confirm.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, open a dispute in-app within 7 days. Handled reviews evidence from both sides and may issue partial or full refunds.
